This interactive workshop provides participants with practical, trauma-informed strategies to improve documentation and debriefing practices. Through scenario-based activities, discussion, and visual frameworks, participants learn to write clear, objective notes that avoid assumptions and emotionally-charged language. The session also reframes debriefing as a proactive process for preventing similar incidents from occurring in the future.
