This interactive workshop explores the continuum of baseline behavior, self-regulation, self-control, and the fight or flight response and the role of a self-control plan in maintaining or regaining self-control for more effective crisis response. A wider zone of self-regulation/self-control better equips staff for effective crisis responses.
