OPTIONS 553 Training (Pacific Time)

OPTIONS 553 Training is a 1-day/6-hour In-service Instructor certification course that provides an overview of employer responsibilities for protecting employees from workplace violence; definitions of workplace violence, risk factors, and related terms in OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and California Senate Bill 553; and strategies for avoiding physical harm as well as opportunities for prospective In-service Instructors to develop a deeper understanding of the content, apply the content to their specific work settings and employee groups, and practice delivering the content.
